植物紫外光B受体UVR8的信号转导途径

摘 要:

紫外光B (UV-B)是太阳光的固有组成部分, 对植物生长发育和环境适应有重要影响。UVR8是目前 唯一确定的介导UV-B感知和信号转导的UV-B受体。UV-B诱导植物细胞质中UVR8发生单体化和核积聚,  通过影响下游转录因子活性激活UV-B信号通路, 调控植物生长发育及环境适应。本文全面介绍了UVR8 被确定为UV-B受体以来, 人们对UVR8蛋白结构、信号转导和生理功能等方面的最新研究进展, 并对这 一领域的研究问题进行了讨论及展望。

Abstract:

Ultraviolet B (UV-B) is an intrinsic component of sunlight and has important effects on plant  growth, development, and environmental adaptation. UVR8 is the only identified UV-B receptor that mediates UV-B perception and signal transduction. UV-B radiation induces monomerization and nuclear  accumulation of UVR8 in the plant cytoplasm, which activates the UV-B signaling pathway by affecting  the downstream transcription factors, thereby regulates plant growth and environmental adaptation.  Here, we review the latest research progress on the structure, signal transduction and physiological functions of UVR8 protein since UVR8 was identified as a UV-B photoreceptor and provide an outlook on the  research in this field.
